CNC is the abbreviation of "Computer Numerical Control". In simple terms, it is a technology that enables automated and precise processing of machines (such as lathes, milling machines, laser cutting machines, etc.) through computer programming.
· Traditional processing: It requires skilled workers to manually operate the handwheel and buttons, keeping their eyes on the dial and relying on experience to control the movement of the cutting tool.
· CNC processing: Workers (CNC programmers/operators) write the processing instructions into a program (G-code) and input it into the computer. The computer controls the servo motor, driving the cutting tool and worktable of the machine tool to move along the precise path specified in the program, automatically completing the processing.
